Material Quality Assurance Department
- Responsibilities:
- Make quarterly plan in the section of managing process to implement that plan.
- Quality assuarance for outside parts.
- Check quality of new parts.
- Control standard adjustment system.
- To be responsible for control of daily work of members in department, making sure that they are performed following rules and procedures.
- To ensure that daily works of groups are completed within deadline of supplying to production.
- Decide solution to deal with quality problem, leading members in dept to take action to the quality problem.
- To work with Supplier to fix countermeasure to the quality problem.
- Report immediately to Manager any problem noticed in work. To give out idea to improve performance and effectiveness of MQA works.
- To follow quality status of assigned models and quality control system of Suppliers.
- To maintain and level up self-skill of quality judgment, knowledge of IJ printer technology, manufacturing process of printer parts. - Requirements:
- To be able to communicate in English in job.
- To be able to use specialized measuring tools.
- To be good PC skill to access inspection standard issue.
- Basic technical knowledge of manufacturing.
- To be good ability to deal with quality problems (Report - communicate - Discuss).
