ANNOUCEMENT ABOUT RETURNING SOCIAL INSURANCE BOOKS/LEAFLETS BY EXPRESS DELIVERY

With the aim of supporting employees who are far away or inconvenient when coming to the company to receive social insurance books/leaflets, Human Resources Department of Canon Vietnam Co., Ltd. has implemented the form of returning social insurance books/leaflets through express delivery services from January 1, 2025.

Accordingly, you can choose one of two forms of receiving back social insurance books/sheets, including:

1. Receive via express delivery: Employees pay the shipping fee to the delivery staff themselves. (The fee ranges from 12,000 VND to 55,000 VND)

2. Pick up directly at the Company:

The time and place are as follows:

- Thang Long Factory: 8:30-10:30 every Friday, security gate No. 1 - Lot A1, Thang Long Industrial Park, Thien Loc Commune, Hanoi

- Tien Son Factory: 8:30 - 10:30 am every Friday, security gate No. 2 - No. 12, TS10 Street, Tien Son Industrial Park, Dai Dong Commune, Bac Ninh

- Que Vo Factory: every Friday 8:30-10:30 am, security gate No. 2 - Lot B1, Que Vo Industrial Park, Nam Son Ward, Bac Ninh.
