Production Innovation Group (or Kaizen group)

• Responsibilities:
  - Make plan & promote Production Innovation (PI) activity & project of factory / company with manufacturing depts.
  - Make PI report to management side ⇒ Visualize factory / company situation ⇒ connect to kaizen activity.
• Requirements:
  - Person with good negotiation skill, reporting skill (investigation, summary, giving view point, schedule management).
  - Eager to learn about production, active, wish to work for long time, male only.

Note: PI activities are activities with new ideas to increase productivity (out-put) & to make the most competitive company.

Training & Planning group

• Responsibilities:
  - Organize Production Innovation training course for whole company.
  - Make plan & promote to raise productivity activity & project of factory / company.
• Requirements:
  - Person with good negotiation skill, reporting skill (investigation, summary, giving view point, schedule management).
  - Team work spirit, active, prefer female.

Standard Time Management group

• Responsibilities:
  - Set up & update standard time for products.
  - Train standard time for members of other dept.
  - Support kaizen in the workshop.
• Requirements:
  - Person with careful, precise & patient character, reporting skill (investigation, summary, giving view point, schedule management); like to work in workshop, stable job, prefer female.

Note: Standard time is necessary time to complete an unit of work basing on standard working method & standard working speed. Dynamic, creative, innovative” PID is waiting for you !!!
