Staff Manager of LBP-PDC1

Job description:

Overall management of the Production Control Department (PDC1) operations: Develop and coordinate production plans; manage and coordinate materials; manpower control, etc.
Lead and Carry out PDC1 activites of inventory reduction; inventory accuracy improvement and Indirect job innovation.
Develop strategies and coordinate activities: Reduce inventory levels (finished goods, raw materials); manage inventory discrepancies between the software system and actual stock.
Improve workflows to optimize personnel within the Production Control Department (PDC1).
Other tasks as assigned by the Executive Board.

Requirements:

1. Education/Experience:
- University degree or higher
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in production management.
-Communicate well in English; Japanese is preferred.
2.Professional expertise:
- Ability to plan and manage production operations.
- Understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Ability to assign tasks, monitor, and supervise task execution.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Power point.
3.Skills
- Strong sense of ownership & Leadership skill
- Ability to analyze & deal with trouble arising quickly
- Conflict and dispute management.
- Ability to motivate staffs and create “career path” for next generation
