1. Major: Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineer
2. Skill
+ English: Toiec score should over 600points (can speak Japaness is better)
+ Have leadership to control, leading project & activity in Dept, Div, factory to achieve target
+ Good logical thinking for trouble solving& able to withstand high pressure
+ Responcibility & cooperation are required…

Main job

+ Overall control IJP PKE Dept job & report to GM.
+ Support Mgr to control budget of Dept
+ Promote big room activity of PKE
+ Enhance new model launching innovation (new DE-new MT, JKK, front loading activity, OS from MT...)
+ Strenthen Slim & Vital factory project (OS project, automation for packing process)
+ Enhance cost down for IJP ( build part DB, process map at CVN & supplier, create CD idea by AI, Kyogyou, …)
+ Searching & study new technology related to green packing & apply in CVN
