STRENGTHENING VIETNAM - JAPAN CULTURAL EXCHANGE THROUGH E-HON PROJECT

With the desire to contribute to the development of Vietnamese children and enhance cultural exchanges between Vietnam and Japan, from 2017 up to now, Canon Vietnam has been supporting More Production Vietnam Company to carry out the publication of comic books in the « E-Hon Project». «E-hon Project» is implemented by More company by purchasing copyrights of special E-hon books from Publishers in Japan, then translating from Japanese to Vietnamese, printing book, distribute it for free, or sell it at a low price.

Through the Ehon project, Vietnamese children will have the opportunity to approach famous Japanese books which are considered as "food for the soul" for children. Through small stories illustrated with pictures, the book will help nurture imagination, vocabulary, nurture emotions and enrich children's souls.

Canon Vietnam also coordinated with More Production Company to organize more interesting activities such as book presenting, book reading activity and Origami art folding activity for children at Canon – San Phang Cao friendship school (Lai Chau province).
