Instructions to candidates applying for Canon Vietnam Co.,ltd.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidates who graduated from university/ college and can use basic have to use English or Japanese in communicating.

Recruitment procedure based on Canon’s criteria,Recruitment department do not provide detailed information related to recruitment decision.

INFORM RECRUITMENT SCHEDULE

Paper test and interview schedule will be informed tocandidates who meet requirements by telephone including:

  • Time
  • Place

Note: Candidates should not phone to ask recruitment results.

FORMS OF RECRUITMENT

Writing test:

  • - English and GMAT test (For all positions)
  • - Major test:
    + Technical staff: Electric-Electronics or Mechanical
    + IT staff: Infrastructure (Network) or Application (Programming) test

Interview & Health check

  • Candidates who graduated from university upwards have to use English or Japanese in the interview. Candidates graduated from college are encouraged to communicate in English.
  • The number of interviews depends on each specialized position.

Note:

1. On the Health check date, company will inform the estimated hired date schedule. Candidates confirm again about related problems that can affect to the above hired date schedule.

2. When taking exams at Canon Vietnam, candidates need to bring the original ID card (Student card or driving license) and a pen.

3. Any change in plan will be informed directly to every candidate by telephone.

2. Is it possible for candidates who have already applied for Canon but not passed to join the test for the next time?

Yes. Candidates can apply and join staff recruitment If not passed in the previous time.

3. When joining the test, is it compulsory to submit full application files?

Candidates will submit copy documents for CVN on the paper test dates. Details will be informed in invitation messages/ email.

4. Does CVN support car to pick up candidates in paper test and interview date?

CVN support car for Candidates in Ha Noi area to come to Bac Ninh area for paper test & interview. Pick up address will based on quantiry and location of candidates.
