Safe and secure working environment
With the purpose of creating a safe working environment for workers, the company has organized risk assessment activities to early detect and improve potential risks in the work area. Along with risk assessment, we regularly organize labor safety training to improve workers' knowledge and awareness. In particular, the company has a team of trainers trained by the Department of Labor Safety to self-train workers in group 4. Therefore, we are proactive in training to improve knowledge and awareness of safety in the labor and production process for workers. Canon Vietnam's steadfastness with the goal of creating a safe and secure working environment for employees has been recognized by the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and certification in 2022.
