Administrative Staff

  • Responsibilities:
    - In charge of the office. Management of Attendance.
    - Training, testing and recording the results of training new employees.
    - Complement and implement the ISO process.
    - Planning and implementation of innovative production activities related to quality or delivery costs.
    - Manage and report production costs.
    - Order and manage supporting materials production.
    - Management of human resources for production. Resolving welfare of workers.
    - Coordinate the team, department perform related work.
  • Requirements:
    - Able to work long in the company and can work under pressure.
    - Fully aware of and seriously implement the regulations, policies and procedures of the Department, and Divisions of the company related to security, security technology, business, wages and employment.
    - Be responsible for self-discipline and high task.
    - A spirit of teamwork.

Production Staff

  • Responsibilities:
    - Manage production shift. Instructing workers perform their tasks according to plan production.
    - Report on results produced.
    - Cooperate with staff in the quality of analysis and offer solutions when problems arise.
    - Establish and implement plans to improve production.
    - Evaluate the job performance of employees.
    - Report, dealing with unexpected issues arising in the production process
  • Requirements:
    - Able to work long in the company and can work under pressure.
    - Get instructions from superiors and subordinates to implement.
    - A collective spirit, help other colleagues, towards the common goal of the department and company.

Staff Quality

  • Responsibilities:
    - Quality control of input peripherals, printers as the standard.
    - Formulate and implement plans to renovate manufacturing activities related to quality.
    - Solving problems related to product quality arising from the production process.
    - Training and implementing the new directives concerning product quality.
  • Requirements:
    - Able to work long in the company and can work under pressure.
    - The ability to train, make instructions for workers.
    - Hardworking, creative in analyzing the causes of the problem and offer ideas to improve.
    - A collective spirit, help other colleagues, towards the common goal of the department and company.

Maintenance Personnel and Equipment

  • Responsibilities:
    - Management of instruments, equipment, goods for production fixtures on the assembly line.
    - Establish and implement plans for regular maintenance and repair of instruments, equipment, fixtures map, ensuring operation of the line.
    - Establish and implement plans to renew production activities related to the quality and reduce repair time of equipment.
    - Training the use of instruments and equipment.
  • Requirements:
    - Able to work long in the company and can work under pressure.
    - The ability to train, work instructions for workers.
    - Hardworking, creative in analyzing the causes of the problem and offer ideas to improve.
    - Has responsibility to work towards the common goal of the department and company.
