Engineering Management Department (EMG)

  • Responsibilities:

    Training management staff:
    - Set up and deploy training plan for staff to meet the demand of departments.
    - Build up and implement training course such as: adjust, assign training calendar for trainer, arrange training course for trainee, prepare document and equipment...
    - Support to upgrade the training quality, also discuss with the trainer about method, arrange training calendar for Japanese trainer.
    - Make monthly training report.
    - Propose to Management board all creative ideas to improve and develop quality of Job.

    Administrative staff:
    - Implement Job under the instruction of Manager complying Plan-Do-See process.
    - Build up and brief to apply Job procedure concerning to develop production.
    - Support to technical dept to manage document, equipment.
    - Make monthly report about management activities.
    - Propose to Management board all creative ideas to improve and develop quality of Job.
    - Make plan to implement, follow and manage business trip to serve new product research activities of technical departments.
    - Arrange and negotiate Canon group member.
    - Manage fix assets of the Company.

  • Requirements:
    - Strong attachment to Company and have ability working with high pleasure.
    - Good spirit of organizer, abilities to make plan.
    - Responsible to make report, analyze and have suitable activities.
    - Make sure of subordinate member working.
    - Corporate in working with other members.
    - Have communicative and  presentational skill.
