Import-Export control staff
- Responsibilities:
- Build and develop imported-exported cargoes plan to meet producing requirement and customer's expectation.
- Supervise registering Customs declaration sheet for receiving and releasing in time.
- Build and develop reports to Customs basing on their standard.
- Submit to supervisor any idea to improve and upgrade efficiency of work... - Requirements:
- Work for the company in long-term and under high pressure.
- Be organizable and draw up the received-released plan.
- Be in charge of making report, analyse and resolve potential problems.
- Support and assure subordinate's job done well.
- Associate with other groups in section, department to get the concerned job done.
- Good communication and make speech in front of supervisors.
Controller storage
- Responsibilities:
- Build and develop loading schedule to meet speed of release.
- Supervise loading, releasing plan in time.
- Build and develop human resources plan, manage human of each group.
- Maintain cargoes as requirement.
- Resolve all problems related to production quality.
- Submit to supervisors any idea to improve and upgrade efficiency of work. - Requirements:
- Work for the company in long-term and under high pressure.
- Be organizable and draw up the controlling store, cargoes, human plan.
- Be in charge of making report, analyse and resolve potential problems.
- Support and assure subordinate's job done well.
- Associate with other groups in section, department to get the concerned job done.
